The Leading Edge recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about our members of the YourOpinion site. This privacy policy should be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of the website.
The Leading Edge is a member of The Association of Social and Market Research Organisations ('AMSRO'). By virtue of this membership, The Leading Edge has elected to be bound by the Market and Social Research Privacy Principles ('M&SRPPs') that were developed by AMARO and the Australian Market and Social Research Society ('AMSRS') and were approved by the Federal Privacy Commissioner on 1 September 2003 to replace the National Privacy Principles ('NPPs') under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) ('Privacy Act') and the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000. The M&SRPPs govern the handling of information about the participants of research. The Leading Edge also abides by the principles of the MRSA's Code of Professional Behaviour.
We are bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act in relation to the handling of personal information.

These clients give YourOpinion specific briefs outlining which individuals from whom they wish to receive answers from.
